WRAL: Virtual Event Discusses the Return to the Office

Return to Work event was featured on WRAL Raleigh:

On July 13 at 1pm ET, a virtual event titled Return on Creativity: Return to Work will explore the current and future challenges of companies as their workforce returns to the office after the global pandemic caused many companies to switch to remote work. As the number of vaccinated individuals decreases, and employees return to the office, companies are struggling with the best way to enable optimal outcomes for both their workforce and their customers.

"This is a critical time to have discussions about how companies and workplaces can plan ahead for the future of work," says Susan Soroko, Director of Creative Economy at Arlington Economic Development, and one of the organizers of the event. "Places like Arlington County are working with carefully companies to ensure they are taking into consideration the new hybrid workforces, as well as an increase in remote work, while still ensuring that the amenities provided to businesses in their physical locations remain optimal.

The event features keynotes by Michael Barata, Master Trainer at CultureRx® and Deputy Secretary Cassidy Rasnick of the Office of the Governor of the State of Virginia, and panelists from top organizations, organizational psychologists, and public health officials.

Sponsors of the event include NextUp Solutions, Exelaration, Lyceum Insurance Services, Savills North America, Arlington Economic Development, The Agile World, and Prime Focus.
