Forbes interviews Greg Kihlström about AI research and usage

Forbes Agency Council recently interviewed several leading marketing technology consultants, including Greg Kihlström, on how they use and evaluate different artificial intelligence tools. Here’s what Greg said:

I actively try out different tools and platforms to see what they are like to work with. So far, I’ve learned that AI can be a great augmentation, particularly when used as a starting point for work. But it requires a clear set of requirements and the ability to take a rough initial set of points and make them stronger and relevant to the desired end result.
